The Engel Sports Merino-Silk Leggings for women feature a durable natural fiber blend (70/30) that is very soft and comfortable to wear. Merino wool and silk complement each other perfectly. The fabric warms in the cold and simultaneously cools during high athletic activity. Sweat is quickly absorbed, and the skin remains dry for a long time, preventing chafing in the crotch and on the inner thighs. In the Engel Sports series, the fabric has a denser weave for more stability and is opaque. The leggings have a small key pocket at the back and can be used not only as functional base layer for winter sports but also as light fitness or running tights. This provides a very wide range of applications in winter and during transitional seasons.
Engel-Sports functional underwear is produced in its own factory in Germany and is certified for environmentally friendly and pollutant-free production. Engel's merino-silk fabrics are skin-friendly and well-tolerated even by sensitive skin. The merino wool comes from controlled organic animal husbandry and is mulesing-free.
