In our online shop we offer you various secure payment methods that are processed via Shopify Payments. Below you will find details of the accepted payment methods, payment terms and other relevant payment information.
1. Accepted payment methods
We accept the following payment methods via Shopify Payments:
- Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Union Pay)
- PayPal
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- Shop Pay
- Klarna (purchase on account, installment purchase) – if available in your country
- Sofortüberweisung
- Payment by cash on delivery (plus cash on delivery fee 4 €)
- advance payment by bank transfer
2. Payment process
The full invoice amount is due immediately after completing the order. After payment, your order will be processed and shipped immediately.
Payment is processed via the secure Shopify Payments system. Your payment data is transmitted using SSL encryption and is protected from unauthorized access.
When using Klarna, Klarna's additional payment terms apply, which are displayed to you during the checkout process.
3. Payment security
All payments are processed via secure and encrypted connections. Shopify Payments is certified according to the PCI-DSS standard to ensure the highest security of your payment information.
We do not store your credit card information. Shopify Payments uses encrypted tokens to process payments securely.
4. Default in payment
If a payment fails (e.g. due to insufficient funds or declined credit card), you will be notified and asked to choose another payment method. We reserve the right to cancel an order if payment is not successful after several attempts. In this case, you will be notified accordingly.
5. Additional costs
There are no additional fees for using the payment methods listed above. All prices are final prices and include the legally required VAT.
For international transactions, additional costs may be incurred by your payment provider, e.g. for foreign currency conversions.
In addition, additional taxes or costs (e.g. customs duties) may be incurred in connection with your order, which are not paid or invoiced by us, but must be paid by you directly to the relevant customs or tax authorities. Please ask the relevant authorities for details if necessary.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
In case of return or cancellation of your order, the refund will be made using the same method used for payment.
For credit card payments, it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to be credited to your account, depending on your bank.
For Klarna payments, Klarna's specific refund policy applies.
7. Important information about Klarna
If you select the option "Klarna invoice" or "Klarna installment purchase", you can only pay after receiving the goods or pay in installments. Klarna will carry out a credit check in this context. Klarna reserves the right to reject the selected payment method and will offer you alternative payment options in this case.
