Woolpower Merino underwear has been manufactured under the same roof in Östersund, northern Sweden, from the finished yarn to the end product since 1969. The elimination of outsourced production steps and corresponding transport routes is not only cost-efficient, but also more sustainable and also enables complete quality control throughout the entire manufacturing process.
In addition to socks and accessories, the core range consists of the tried-and-tested Ullfrotté Original fabric, which was developed in the early 1970s. The knitted Merino terry cloth is characterized by outstanding insulation properties and high breathability, and is often used as thermal underwear for professional use outdoors, as well as for winter sports.
