The Engel Sports Merino Silk Leggings for men feature a durable natural fiber blend (70/30) that is very soft and comfortable to wear. Merino wool and silk complement each other perfectly in this regard. The fabric provides warmth in cold conditions and simultaneously cools during intense athletic activity. Sweat is quickly absorbed, and the skin remains dry for a long time, preventing chafing in the crotch and on the inner thighs. For the Engel Sports series, the fabric has a denser weave for increased stability and abrasion resistance. The leggings have a small key pocket at the back and can be used not only as functional base layer for winter sports but also as lightweight fitness or running tights. This results in a very wide range of applications in spring, autumn, and winter.
Engel-Sports functional underwear is produced in their own factory in Germany and is certified for environmentally friendly and pollutant-free production. Engel's merino silk fabrics are skin-friendly and well-tolerated even by skin sensitive to scratching. The merino wool comes from controlled organic sheep farming and is mulesing-free.
