The Aclima Double Wool Jacket is an extremely warm men's merino jacket, specially designed for expeditions with high demands on insulation and high breathability. The Double Wool fabric consists of 2 firmly connected layers of merino wool, which together create a perfect interplay of outstanding insulation and breathability. The inside is woven in a net-like mesh structure, which absorbs sweat faster due to the larger surface (capillary effect). At the same time, additional air heat buffers form in the gaps, which further enhances the temperature-compensating effect of the wool. The outer layer is a smooth and robust merino fabric that releases moisture to the layers above. The Aclima Thermo Merino Jacket is manufactured in the EU and meets the highest quality standards.
