The Aclima WoolTerry Polo is made from a feather-light merino wool fabric where the inside, thanks to a special loop-knit construction (terry), traps plenty of air, thus offering excellent thermal performance despite its low fabric weight. Even during intense exertion, sweat can be quickly absorbed and wicked away by the terry structure. This keeps the skin dry and warm for longer. Additionally, the fabric has a very soft feel and is extremely comfortable to wear. High elasticity and reliable prevention of sweat odor are further advantages of the material and make this Aclima underwear ideal for all types of winter sports, as well as for professional outdoor use. Furthermore, the modacrylic content reinforces the naturally flame-retardant and antistatic properties of wool. For this reason, military, fire brigade, and police in Norway and other countries are equipped with Aclima WoolTerry products. However, the material is also popular among outdoor enthusiasts due to its outstanding warmth-to-weight ratio and high stability.
