The Devold Tuvegga Hooded Shirt for women is a novelty on the merino underwear market, as it can be worn on both sides, combining a warm and a cooler side in one piece. Depending on the weather or sporting intensity, the merino long-sleeve can be adapted to temperature conditions by turning it inside out. Worn with the smooth side facing inward, it quickly absorbs sweat, as the coarsely ribbed outer side then offers a larger surface (capillary effect) and a channeling effect unfolds. If the ribbed structure is turned to the inside, additional air pockets are created, enhancing thermal performance. The already naturally superior temperature regulation of merino wool is thus supplemented with further flexibility. The hood also fits under a helmet, and the thumb loops protect against snow and cold at the transition to gloves. Under the armpits and on the upper back, there is a thinner merino mesh insert to provide targeted ventilation when carrying a backpack and during strenuous activity.
