The Icebreaker Hike+ Medium Crew for women are medium-thick hiking socks for colder days, offering excellent comfort even on long hikes. These medium-cushioned socks feature an anatomically shaped toe for a perfect fit, as well as external reinforcements for added durability and support in the Achilles and instep areas. Merino socks ensure a dry feeling, especially when used with waterproof hiking boots, as the wool can absorb a lot of moisture. The skin, which is consequently less softened, is therefore much better protected against blistering! This property is particularly important because the membrane pores of waterproof shoes quickly clog up, as shoes cannot be washed like membrane clothing to clear the pores again.
