The Aclima Double Wool Neck Gaiter consists of two connected layers of merino wool, which together result in a material thickness of 320g/m² and provide extreme thermal performance. This merino neck warmer was developed for expeditions and temperatures in the double-digit minus range. The inside creates additional thermal pads through a net-like fabric and at the same time quickly wicks moisture to the outside, because the larger surface on the inside increases the capillary effect (suction effect to the outside). The outside, however, is smooth so that snow does not get caught so easily. The tube scarf can be pulled up over the nose, while a mouthpiece made of merino mesh material facilitates breathing and reduces the condensation of respiratory moisture.
