The Expedition are Ulvang's warmest socks with a high proportion of soft virgin wool. The socks were developed for expeditions or long stays outdoors in sub-zero temperatures. A loop-knit inside provides both comfortable cushioning and additional warmth retention. The heel and toe areas are reinforced and cut high enough for winter boots. Wool's ability to buffer large amounts of moisture keeps feet dry for a long time, thus reducing blistering.
