The Devold Expedition Arctic Pro Hoodie for men is a warm merino base layer for professional use. With 3 different types of fabric, it is perfectly tailored to the varying thermal needs of different body zones.
In the cold-sensitive chest area, as well as on the hood, the thick fleece grid fabric provides even more warmth retention by creating additional air pockets. Merino mesh sections are used under the armpits and at the contact points of the backpack on the lower back, allowing for additional air circulation and faster drying in these areas. The rest of the garment is made from a medium-thick merino fabric with a silk content, optimally completing the 3 climate zones.
To withstand extreme weather conditions, there is a goggle-compatible storm hood with a perforated mouthguard for easier breathing. The long sleeves with thumb loops, on the other hand, prevent wind and snow from entering.
The 17.5 micron fine merino wool is particularly comfortable, temperature-regulating, and odor-neutral. By manufacturing in its own European factory, Devold underwear is particularly sustainable, and of course, only mulesing-free wool is used.
